Catch Imagine Circus parading and performing aerials!

Come on out for a BIG hometown festival on Sunday July 3rd and celebrate Independence Day with us! Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Our Pittsboro First Sunday Artisan Fair & Market
  • Loads of fun kids activities – Bicycle/Tricycle/Wagon Parade – (see below to sign up for parade) face painting, fairy hair, craft tables, dunking booth and more!
  • Pie throwing contest and Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest
  • Corn Hole Turnament – (see below to sign up for turnament)
  • Various local delicious food
  • Music with Lizzy Ross and opening band Pittsboro’s own The Unmentionables in the afternoon, followed by
  • Gasoline Stove Band and The Big Time Party Band in the evening!

The event starts at 12pm with our amazing First Sunday vendors/activities. Then, at 2pm, festive activities for both adults and kids will be setup and SUMMER FEST begins. At 3pm, the corn hole tournament starts followed by the decorated bike parade will start at 4pm. Then, the event will wrap with live music starting off on stage at 6pm!
